A telehealth session  is a 30 minute video conference meeting on Zoom to talk about your health concerns. Tyler does an assessment and recommends Chinese natural medicine for your optimal wellbeing. This session includes recommendations for herbal supplements, dietary suggestions, rest, and activity. Any supplements can be sent directly to your door.
